During this time we rent the property, frequently to nearby Specialists or experts and treat the property as our own. For us to do this, the property should be licensed as HMO (place of multiple occupancy) and comply to all guidelines. You won't have to worry about managing the property throughout the entire agreement because the rent will be paid to you regardless of whether it is occupied or vacant.

During the rental period, you have one point of contact, and you can rest assured that we will handle for any repairs or replacements.
